Wisconsin Committee for Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve
 

The Wisconsin Committee for ESGR is a Department of Defense volunteer organization. We provide free education, consultation, and, if necessary, mediation for employers of Guard and Reserve employees. ESGR’s goal is to support America’s employers who share their employees with the nation to ensure our national security.

The ESGR Mission is to gain and maintain active support from all public and private employers for the men and women of the National Guard and Reserve as defined by demonstrated employer commitment to employee military service.

The National Committee for ESGR is a Department of Defense organization that works with employers, reservists, military leadership and 55 volunteer committees to build and maintain a strong base of support for the role of the National Guard and Reserve.
